Cohort Analysis: 02. Single Criteria

Single criteria Cohort Analysis provides an ordered list of objects for a single selected demographic, psychographic, region, US State, US MSA, and more (image 1).
 
 

The objects are sorted by descending raw% by default. The right hand side of the list displays the post/day volume of each object. To sort the objects by post/day in descending order, single-click the metric. To adjust the metric, right-click on it to open the menu of available metrics to select and sort by.

  1. ppd value: the number of posts per day that mention the object

  2. YoY ppd change %: the relative change in post volume for an object over 12 months

  3. Retention 1 month: the percent of users mention the object in two consecutive quarters

  4. New users %: the percent of users who mentioned the object in the present quarter who hadn’t mentioned it before

  5. Like percentile: compares the number of likes that posts which mention the object receive compared to posts that mention similarly categorized objects

  6. Comment percentile: compares the number of comments that posts which mention the object receive compared to posts that mention similarly categorized objects

  7. Beauty %: the percent of posts mentioning the object which fall within the Beauty (currently opened) vertical
