| During the initial authentication process, 3 fields must be filled out: 
  ◆ Account ID – provided by account manager 
  ◆ User name – actual name of user, as it will appear within the application   
  ◆ Password – current password (subject to change) provided by the account manager  
  
 During installation, the application will create a desktop shortcut and all required local data structures (typically located in Documents and AppData folders). All updates are handled automatically (performed at application start, if available).
