This distinction is based on population density and land use, and defined on a zip code basis.

Super Urban: indicates multi-story development, the highest population density.

Urban: represents densely populated, but single story, urban/suburban sprawl.

Urban/Rural: indicates that one zip code contains a mix of urban and rural land uses.

Rural: indicates sparsely-populated land and non-urban land use.
